This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our public website and our BrokerWORKS platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to consumers (home buyers, sellers, and website visitors) and to real estate agents and staff who use the BrokerWORKS platform. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Consumers. We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and home-buying or selling preferences when you fill out a contact form, request a home valuation, save a search, use our Perfect Home Finder, or create a client portal account. We also automatically collect certain usage information — pages viewed, listings you interact with, device type, and general location — using cookies and similar technologies.

Agents and staff. If you use the BrokerWORKS platform, we collect your account and profile information (name, email, phone, photo, license details), business records you create in the platform (contacts, leads, transactions, tasks, marketing materials, communications logs), and platform usage information. If you choose to connect third-party accounts (such as Gmail or Google Calendar), we access those accounts only as described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and connect consumers with a real estate agent;
• Send listing alerts, market updates, and other communications you request;
• Personalize property recommendations and search results;
• Provide agents with CRM, transaction management, marketing, and AI-assistant features;
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and platform;
• Comply with legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations.

We may send marketing emails; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) the real estate agents and staff of Brokerworks Group who assist you or work on your transaction; (b) service providers who help us operate our platform (email delivery, hosting, analytics, transaction-compliance systems), who may use it only on our behalf; and (c) authorities when required by law. Listing data displayed on our site is provided by the MLS and is subject to MLS rules. Consumer information entered by agents into the platform is used to serve that consumer and is not shared outside the brokerage except as described above.

4. Google User Data (Agents & Staff)

Agents and staff may voluntarily connect their Google accounts (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) to the BrokerWORKS platform to manage their own business communications. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the connected features to the account owner who authorized them — such as organizing their inbox, surfacing messages that need attention, and drafting emails on their behalf — and is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account security settings.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide requested services, or as required by law (including real estate record-retention requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. Agents may disconnect linked third-party accounts at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
