Agent Privacy Policy

1. Who This Policy Covers
This Agent Privacy Policy applies to real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and staff who use the BrokerWORKS platform. It explains who can see the business information you keep in the platform. It supplements, and does not replace, the main Brokerworks Group Privacy Policy, which covers consumers and website visitors.
2. Your Contacts, Sphere & Activity
Your contacts, notes, call, text, and email logs, and contact activity are private to you. Other agents cannot see them unless you choose to share a specific contact with a specific agent.
3. Transactions
A transaction is visible only to the agent on the file, any co-agent, and the transaction coordinator assigned to it, plus brokerage administration.
4. Commission & Finance Records
Letters of Direction, commission splits, cap progress, and earnings are visible only to you, to anyone paid on that specific deal (for example a co-agent, mentor, or team leader), and to brokerage administration and finance staff.
5. Direct Messages
Team Chat direct messages can be read only by the sender and the recipient. Brokerage administrators cannot read them.
6. Goals, Email, Campaigns & Reports
Your annual goals, synced email threads, email campaigns, market reports, and CMAs are private to you and brokerage administration.
7. Brokerage Administration & Coordinators
Brokerage administrators can see agents' business records to support compliance, finance, licensing obligations, and troubleshooting. This includes a "View as" support tool. A transaction coordinator assigned to support you can see your contacts and transactions so they can do that work.
8. Lead Feeds
New leads in a shared lead feed are visible to eligible agents until one of them claims the lead. After it's claimed, only the claiming agent, the feed owners, and brokerage administration can see it.
9. Andy AI
Andy works only with your own data and only with records you are permitted to see. Information you give Andy is processed by our AI service providers to produce responses, and is not used for advertising. If you turn on Andy prequalification, Andy texts and emails your leads on your behalf, and you can take over or stop it at any time.
10. Connected Accounts
If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, that data is used only to provide features to you, as described in the main Privacy Policy, Section 4. You can disconnect at any time.
11. Public Content
Your agent website, profile, booking page, and listings are public by design.
12. Leaving the Brokerage
How your contacts and business records are handled when you leave Brokerworks Group is governed by your agreement with the brokerage. Contact brokerage administration with questions.
13. Questions
Questions about this policy can be sent to brokerage administration. We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date reflects the latest revision.
